When you purchase the All Access Pass, a license key will automatically be generated for you. This will be the one license key for all of our products. A valid license key (with available activations) is necessary to use the products in the All Access Pass, as well as receive updates and support.The annual membership of the All Access Pass includes 1 year of updates and support, and the Lifetime Membership includes unlimited updates and support for life. Automatic License Renewals are default, but can be turned off in account settings.

Can I use the products in the All Access Pass on multiple sites/projects?
Yes, you can use all the products within the Divi Life All Access Pass on any websites that you build or manage. You just aren’t able to re-sell or distribute your license key or downloads to any one else.
What about updates?
You will receive all updates (bug fixes, security updates, & feature updates) free of charge for all products, as long as your license key is active. Updates happen automatically through WordPress for most products, as long as your site has an active license key.
What about customer support?
We take pride in supporting our customers, and we feel that our testimonials reflect that greatly. If you need help of any kind, you can access support through your Divi Life customer account. Customer Satisfaction is always our goal 🙂
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, it’s impossible to prevent fraud and still offer refunds. As mentioned above, customer satisfaction is our goal, and we will work with you to solve any issues until we can find a reasonable solution. View our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Does the All Access Pass include the Divi Theme?
No, the All Access Pass does not include a subscription to Divi. Our products are add-ons to Divi, and require Divi to function. A license to Divi must be purchased separately from Elegant Themes.
Does the products work on all themes?
Some products in the All Access Pass may work on other themes, but we only test and can guarantee compatibility with the Divi Theme & Extra Theme. And, Divi/Extra is required to use our products.
Will my license key automatically renew every year?
Yes, for annual members of the All Access Pass, your license will automatically renew, and bill the account that you initially paid with when purchasing the All Access Pass. You can choose to turn off automatic renews though by cancelling the subscription from within your Divi Life account dashboard. The Lifetime membership will not be billed any additional times, and is a one time fee.
